Michelle Larson is a native of Charlotte. After working over 20 years for her family’s business, they had to close their doors in 2008, giving her the opportunity to purse her true passion. Having been competitive in triathlons and running for many years, she decided to share her knowledge and love for the sport.
After major ankle surgery in 2013, and months of physical therapy, Michelle experienced firsthand the importance of proper training after being sidelined from running for over a year. Michelle is passionate about helping people who are completing their physical therapy or those overcoming an injury. She helps clients learn how to “bridge the gap” from post injury to training like before they were injured.
Michelle is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and as a Functional Strength Coach L1, Functional Movement Screen L2 and USA Track & Field Level 2, CFSC, ACSM-CPT, PN.
Michelle coached Cross Country and Track for almost ten years. She is also certified with Precision Nutrition and provides coaching for clients with nutrition and weight loss needs.
